He has huge experience of rough diamond valuation and compliance issues in West Africa.

Completed a technical training programme at the DTC Diamond Academy in London which included the following subjects: the diamond pipeline, diamond crystallography, diamond manufacturing processes, rough to polished strategy and polished grading Introduction to diamond grading of polished diamonds at the HRD Institute of Gemmology, Antwerp, Belgium.

Completed an introductory course in the sorting, evaluation and manufacturing processes of diamonds at De Beers.
